Steps

  1. Check whether you're listed. Search atdata.com for your name, city, and state. Note any listings that match you, including older addresses.
  2. Open the opt-out form. Go to AtData (formerly TowerData)'s opt-out page and fill in the form with the details that match your listing.
  3. Or send an email. You can also email privacy@atdata.com and ask them to remove your record. Include your full name, the address shown on the listing, and a link to it if there is one. Don't send anything they don't already have.
  4. Check again later. Search for yourself again in a few days. Brokers often re-add people from new public records, so put a reminder on your calendar to check again in 6 months.

We wrote these steps from the opt-out method on file. Our automated check confirms the link responds. It does not confirm the form works.

FAQ

Is it free to opt out of AtData?

Submitting an opt-out request yourself is normally free. You don't need to buy a report or a membership to ask for removal.

How long does it take?

It varies. Some sites remove a listing within a day or two, others take several weeks. Search again after a few days and again later.

Will my information come back?

It can. Brokers rebuild profiles from new public records, so plan to check again about every 6 months.
